3 Simple Exercises to Improve Your Skin

Shave Daily This may seem an odd suggestion, but surprisingly shaving daily has great results for your skin. Each time you shave you are exfoliating half of your face. Ever notice how smooth your skin feels when shaved? When you're not growing a beard try to shave daily, you'll cut your skin less often and acheive clearer, smoother skin.

Cleanse A lot of guys wash their hair and body with beauty products but forget to give their face more than some water. Daily use of a cleanser/facewash product will ensure all excess oil and dirt is removed from the top layer of your skin. It takes less than a minute to do this and ensure your face is not left looking shiny or dull.

Moisturise

It takes very little effort to moisturise your face daily, and the effects will make a huge difference to your complexion. Moisturisers keep your skin balanced, whether oily or dry, and they help combat the loss of elasticity by adding nutrients into your skins top layers. Simply buy yourself a moisturiser for your skin type, apply a pea sized amount to your finger tips and then apply to your face. Doing this just once a day is highly beneficial, however twice a day, (morning and night) will give you an even better result.
